Almond Butter and a Banana is one of my favorite snacks! So, combining them into a smoothie is such a treat! In fact, it tastes more like a milkshake than a smoothie. This is such an easy recipe. Honestly, the hardest part is to remember to freeze the banana. Simply combine your ingredients and blend! Simple as that. Enjoy it!-Ruth-
Almond Butter and Banana Smoothie
1 Frozen Banana
2-3 Tbsp. Almond Butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups Coconut milk
*you can use the can or the box
For an extra bit of flare, try adding 1 Tbsp. Nutella

I love nuts! I will have to pick some up next time I am at grocery store.

Jenna, I do use almond butter in place of peanut butter. If you like nuts, you’ll love almond butter!!! So yummy!

This looks so delicious! We love nutella over here and I think a little cheat is always a good idea 🙂 I have never had almond butter. Do you use it as a replacement to peanut butter?

This looks amazing. I have some almond butter and almond milk that I need to finish, so this might be the perfect way to do it! I tried a coconut milk and banana version of this with cinnamon which was also tasty, but nutella will always win over cinnamon, hands down.

Uh, I agree…Nutella trumps pretty much everything!
